Commence Kitchen: (Where it all begins) The Culinary Wonderland that our blood, sweat, tears, energy, imagination, and most importantly our dreams have manifested. This wonderland now exists in reality in the form of a 4000 sq foot brick and mortar commercial kitchen + indoor/outdoor dining and private event space. Located at 753 NW 28th Street in Miami, Fl. Serving curated menu concepts available daily from 11A to 11p through our street side pickup window, and also available on all delivery service platforms.
Event space, film backlot, and audio production studio:
Our 4000 sq ft flexible event space can be reserved hourly or by the day. When we say flexible we mean it! The space is prepared to be used to the ends of the human imagination with the support of built in equipment for the following examples:
- Motion picture/TV Commercial/Short/Training film backlot: Green Screen, Wardrobe, Social area, Pre and Post Production suite
- Recording studio: ProTools, Ableton, Mackie Mixing Station, Neuman Microphone, Vocal Booth
- Networking Events: Accommodations for up to 100 people with Audio/Visual Equipment and Customized Catering from our attached commercial kitchen
- After Hours Parties/Events - 24 hour operations available
The flexible space has been purposely built with the flexibility to accommodate whatever comes to mind of our clients, employees, family or ourselves. Since the space is directly attached to our licensed and fully operational commercial kitchen, all catering is provided on site. Clients can choose from our in house curated "virtual brand" menus or coordinate with our renowned chef/owner Rafael Mendez to customize any menu imaginable that is desired.
The space provides a unique opportunity to film reality shows, host live stream networking events/podcasts, do dj simulcasts (including fans/extras), shoot training videos, etc.. within an operational kitchen setting, as well as, the studio backlot. The backlot rental includes wardrobe, social area, green screen capabilities, audio/vocal production, craft catering service and customized set or stage buildouts upon request.
